Services may be delivered on a retainer, project, or campaign basis.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging LeadPipeline, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for campaign setup
Approve ad content and creative in a timely manner
Maintain access to any required third-party platforms (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Go High Level)
Comply with all applicable advertising standards and legal obligations
You are responsible for the performance and management of your own website, landing pages (unless provided by us), and customer interactions unless otherwise agreed.
3. Use of Advertising Platforms
We use third-party platforms like Meta, Google, and Go High Level to run campaigns and manage leads. You acknowledge that:
These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies
Performance and results may vary due to external factors beyond our control
You grant us permission to access and manage accounts where necessary for service delivery
4. Fees and Payments
All pricing will be outlined in a formal proposal or agreement. Fees may be structured as:
Monthly retainers
Setup/project fees
Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms or reimbursed as agreed
Invoices are issued monthly or as per agreement and are payable within 7 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in paused services or additional charges.
5. Results and Guarantees
While we aim to deliver strong marketing results, we do not guarantee:
A specific number of leads, conversions, or sales
Performance within a set timeframe
Exact ROI outcomes
All marketing involves some degree of risk, and results depend on factors such as competition, offer quality, and audience behaviour.
6. Intellectual Property
Any creative assets, campaigns, or landing pages developed by LeadPipeline remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment, you may be granted usage rights for campaign deliverables.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeadPipeline is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including advertising platform issues, account bans, or lead quality concerns.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the terms of the agreement (e.g. 30 days). Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable, and any campaign access or deliverables will be removed or handed over as agreed.
10. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
Reproduce or distribute any content without permission
Use automated means to access the site
Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security
We reserve the right to change website content or suspend access at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising will be handled in the appropriate courts of New South Wales.
